Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues

• Troubleshoot system errors and escalate unresolved issues to senior teams

• Assist with user account setups, password resets, and access management

• Monitor IT assets and maintain inventory records

• Support system updates, antivirus monitoring, and basic server checks

• Ensure timely resolution of tickets and maintain service logs

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Freshers welcome; any internship or project experience is a plus

• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking, and MS Office

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required)

• Pay: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
