• Handle customer queries via chat, email, or calls as per assigned process

Qualifications

• 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)

• Good communication skills in English and regional languages

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time, Work from Home

• Pay: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month

• Location: Remote (applicants from across India can apply)

• Schedule: Rotational shifts, 6 days a week

• Equipment: Laptop and stable internet connection required (company-provided for selected candidates)
