Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistente de Marketing Digital (Digital Marketing Assistant) to join our remote team. This role will support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, optimize online presence, and contribute to the growth of our brand through various digital channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing trends, highly organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, SEO, and PPC.

• Manage and update content on the companys website, blog, and social media channels to ensure consistency and relevance.

• Analyze digital marketing metrics and prepare regular reports to track campaign performance and suggest improvements.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and compelling content tailored to target audiences.

• Support SEO efforts by conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and tracking search rankings.

• Help coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

• Proficient in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML is a plus.

• Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role, preferably in a remote working environment.

• Experience working with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is advantageous.

• Proven track record of supporting successful digital campaigns and producing measurable results.

Working Hours

• This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours.

• Expected to work standard business hours aligned with Progressive Technologys primary markets, with some flexibility to accommodate collaboration across time zones.
