Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, or chat support from customers

• Provide product or service-related information clearly and politely

• Resolve queries, issues, and complaints within defined timelines

• Maintain records of customer interactions

• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Any Stream)

• Basic computer and typing knowledge

• Good verbal communication skills (English or regional language)

• Customer-friendly attitude and patience

• Smartphone or computer with internet for WFH roles
