Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers for car inquiries or vehicle services

• Explain features, finance options, or promotions clearly

• Follow up with leads and schedule test drives or appointments

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools

• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)

• Experience: Freshers only (0–1 year of experience welcome)

• Good spoken communication in Hindi, English, or regional language

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM preferred)
