Job Summary

MNC Jobs Info is seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join our growing maintenance and technical services team. This full-time role involves traveling to various residential and commercial client locations to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in HVAC systems, be comfortable working independently, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (split units, central ACs, window units, etc.)

• Conduct routine maintenance and performance checks

• Replace defective parts and perform system upgrades when needed

• Inspect system components for wear and tear, leaks, or inefficiencies

• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes, safety protocols, and company standards

• Maintain accurate service records and complete job reports

• Educate clients on energy efficiency and system usage

• Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot issues promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma/Certification in HVAC, Air Conditioning Technology, or a related field

• Proven technical knowledge in AC systems and refrigeration

• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Valid drivers license (for site travel)

• Basic computer literacy for recordkeeping and service documentation

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Physically fit and capable of lifting, climbing, and working in confined areas

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in AC maintenance, repair, and installation

• Experience with both residential and commercial HVAC systems is highly preferred

Working Hours

• Full-Time: 6 days a week (Rotational day off)

• Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with flexibility for emergency service visits)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• In-depth understanding of refrigeration cycles and HVAC components

• Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and safety equipment

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Strong time management and problem-solving capabilities

• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites daily
