Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Floor Staff – Part-Time. As a key frontline representative of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and assisting in daily retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude

• Maintain clean and well-organized product displays and store aisles

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions

• Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately and efficiently

• Restock shelves and ensure inventory levels are maintained

• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and sales targets

• Assist in loss prevention by monitoring store activity and reporting concerns

• Support store opening, closing, and shift change procedures as required

• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards consistently

• Report any customer issues or product defects to supervisors promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

• Confident, energetic, and able to work under pressure

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Basic math and computer skills for handling POS systems

• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude

Experience

• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory

• Freshers and students with the right attitude are welcome to apply

Working Hours

• Part-time role with flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays

• Shifts may range from 4 to 6 hours per day depending on store needs
