Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is hiring Factory Helpers for a reputed food processing unit. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain industrial experience in a safe, hygienic, and fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role is open to hardworking and physically fit candidates, even if they have no prior factory experience. We offer on-the-job training and an opportunity to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.

• Operate or assist in operating basic machinery as directed.

• Perform routine packaging, sorting, and labeling of products.

• Support supervisors and skilled workers in daily production activities.

• Follow safety and hygiene protocols strictly as per company standards.

• Move materials within the production area using trolleys or manually.

• Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the shift in-charge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 10th pass (SSC or equivalent).

• Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks with attention to detail.

• Physically fit to lift and move goods.

• Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene practices.

• Punctual, disciplined, and cooperative in a team setting.

Experience

• Not mandatory. Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in factory work or a food production environment will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• 8 to 10 hours per day (shift-based: Morning / Afternoon / Night).

• 6 days working per week.

• Overtime available as per factory requirements and government labor laws.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (heat, noise, fast pace).

• Team player attitude with a willingness to assist wherever required.

• Adaptability to rotating shifts and repetitive tasks.

• Understanding of food safety and quality standards (training will be provided).
