We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver SAP implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget—while effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP projects including implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and ongoing support

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies

• Coordinate closely with SAP functional, technical, and business teams to ensure alignment

• Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks, quality standards, and delivery methodologies

• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership

• Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and related documentation

• Oversee UAT planning and execution, cutover activities, and successful go-live support

• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing SAP projects across multiple phases

• Strong understanding of SAP modules and end-to-end business processes

• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification

• SAP certification(s)

• Experience working on SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects
