We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Product Assembly & Packaging Specialist to join our fulfillment team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving bulk materials at your home, assembling products according to specific guidelines, and packaging them securely for final shipment. This is an ideal position for a self-motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work and can maintain high quality and productivity standards independently.

Key Responsibilities
Material Inspection: Receive and inspect incoming bulk shipments for quality and quantity accuracy; report any damages or discrepancies immediately.

Assembly & Kitting: Meticulously assemble, sort, or kit products (e.g., subscription boxes, promotional kits, or small consumer goods) following detailed instruction manuals.

Packaging: Wrap and pack completed items into designated shipping containers using provided padding, adhesives, and protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Labeling & Documentation: Apply accurate shipping and identification labels to all packages and maintain a simple digital log of daily production and completed units.

Inventory Management: Monitor local stock of packaging supplies (boxes, tape, labels) and request replenishments in a timely manner to avoid production delays.

Coordination: Prepare completed batches for scheduled carrier pickups or drop-offs at local shipping hubs as instructed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow multi-step assembly instructions with 100% accuracy.

Reliability: Proven ability to meet daily or weekly production targets without direct supervision.

Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing a clean, dedicated workspace and keeping inventory organized.

Basic Tech Literacy: Ability to use a smartphone or computer to log work and communicate with the management team.

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
Dedicated Space: Must have a clean, smoke-free, and pet-free area (approx. 40-50 sq. ft.) to store materials and perform work.

Physical Ability: Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift packages weighing up to 10-15 kg (approx. 25-30 lbs).
